- Helen Hill Review added: 2018.10.27★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This company agreed to refund half of the deposit I paid them as I was unable to go ahead with the job they were going to do. It took over 3 months for them to finally agree to this refund after countless emails from myself. That was on 22 June 2016 when they told me "we will send you a cheque for this amount". Since then they have asked me on two occasions to confirm that I would accept the agreed amount which I have confirmed. Despite numerous emails, to which I have had no reply, they have refused to pay me so I am now forced to take court action. Please beware.
